Method
Crust
- Finely Crush Oats
- Mix finely crushed oats, almond flour, melted butter and maple syrup
- Press 1-2 tbsp into base of each cup
- Chill while you make the filling
Filling
- Beat softened cream cheese
- Add Greek Yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, salt. mix until creamy
- Spoon filling over chilled crust
- Layer with chopped strawberries
Topping
- Whip heavy cream to soft peaks
- Fold in Greek Yogurt and sweetner
- Finish with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers
